How to use?

1. Clean and completely dry the skin.
2. Do not apply lotion, oil or moisturizer before use.
3. Remove the protective backing without touching the adhesive.
4. Position the cushioned center over the sensitive area.
5. Press gently and smooth the edges onto the skin.
6. Leave the patch in place until it begins to loosen naturally.
7. Remove slowly and carefully.

For best adhesion, apply before a blister fully develops or when you first notice rubbing.
